Stress can indeed be the root cause of various health keseluhan who might you experience today. Stress in a fairly long-term concern may reduce the brain's ability to remember and store information. This is the side effects that could occur from stress:

Long-term stress can lead to depression stress destroys nerve cells in the brain.  

6. Stress Triggers Baldness and Hair Loss

You will probably start to lose hair after a stressful event. Once you are back in a normal mental state and relaxed, your hair will grow back and the hair loss will stop.  

7. Causing Acne

 Danger of stress on the health of the body is acne. Stress causes the body to release a hormone called glucocorticoids. The stress and pressure of life currently experienced by almost everyone. In fact, obesity and being overweight can increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease, cancer and depression.
